Scams and unpaid earnings: These dishonest platforms

At Surfivist, we collaborate with dozens of advertising partners. While some are transparent and honor their commitments, others act dishonestly—disappearing with advertisers' funds, despite a portion rightfully belonging to publishers.
Over the past seven years, we have seen many platforms emerge, shut down, pay for a while, and then stop paying. We have personally worked with all the sites listed below, giving us the credibility to speak on this matter.
In digital marketing and online revenue, trust between publishers and platforms is paramount. Unfortunately, some platforms exploit this trust and vanish without compensating their users.
In recent months, several services have ceased payments to their partners while still generating revenue from advertisers, leaving many content creators and webmasters at a loss.
List of non-paying platforms
- offers4all.net
clixwall.com(We were paid after 90 days of waiting 25-03-31)- headerbidding.ai
- coinserom.com
- hydro.online
A dubious business model
These platforms promise payments for actions such as ad views, clicks, conversions, or completed tasks. However, for weeks now, payments have been delayed, and customer support is either unresponsive or nonexistent.
Many users report growing payment delays, eventually followed by a complete halt.
Some platforms have even shut down without notice, leaving unpaid invoices and blocked accounts behind.
At Surfivist, we work primarily with carefully vetted partners.
However, despite our precautions, some unreliable platforms manage to slip through the cracks. Rest assured, our business model is designed to mitigate these risks, ensuring that Surfivist's end-users remain unaffected.
Evidence of non-payment
For the sake of transparency, the following screenshots clearly illustrate the halt in payments. We share this evidence to alert other publishers and advertisers about these unreliable platforms and to encourage greater accountability in the industry:
- Coinserom: Transactions pending since February and March 2025, with no payments processed.
- ClixWall: PayPal payment pending since January 2025.
- Offers4All: Payeer payment pending since December 2024.
- HeaderBidding.ai: Complete suspension of activities, leaving outstanding payments unresolved.
- Hydro.online: They are supposed to pay every 15 days, we have been waiting 3 months (perhaps the youth of the network for the benefit of the doubt).
This evidence confirms that these platforms are failing to honor their financial commitments to their users.

Growing number of complaints
Across various forums and discussion groups, reports of non-payment are increasing.
Dozens of publishers claim to have accumulated significant earnings without ever receiving their money.
In some cases, platforms cited "account verifications" or "technical issues" before shutting down entirely, leaving publishers without their earnings.
How to avoid non-paying platforms
Whether you're a website owner or an individual earning through online platforms, it's crucial to stay vigilant against the risk of unpaid earnings.
- Research a platform’s reputation before signing up or investing your time.
- Avoid accumulating large balances in a single account—request payouts regularly.
- Choose platforms with a proven track record and positive user feedback.
- Share your experiences in specialized networks and forums to warn others.
